B’s re-sign 44 to 4

The Bruins have re-signed blue liner Dennis Seidenberg to a four year deal. Seidenberg was a big reason why the B’s made the playoffs at all this season. A number one defensive pairing of Chara and Seidenberg will be a punishing duo for opposing top lines to play against.

Thornton re-signs for two years

Shawn Thornton has signed a two-year, $1.625 million extension with the Bruins. That’s awesome, he is a great grinder and a steal at $812,500 a year. Congrats Shawn!
